8月20日から5日間、韓国のソウルで開催される第72会国際図書館連盟(IFLA)ソウル大会の発表プログラムが明らかになった。このうち21日に開催される資料保存分科会では「継続する専門家教育と現場での学習そして資料保存コア活動」をテーマとして14の発表が予定されている。日本からは小泉徹氏(立教大学図書館)による日本での保存と修復に関する教育の現状が報告される。
